Competition

Rules and format

Published tournament pages carry the binding roster size, map pool, points, and stand-in setting. This page explains the defaults.

Lineup

The default competitive lineup is five active players plus configurable substitutes. Each tournament stores its own minimum, maximum, active size, and substitute allowance.

Standings

Points come from completed matches. When exactly two teams share points, their head-to-head result is the next tie-break. Three or more teams on the same points skip head-to-head and continue with round difference, then rounds won.

Stand-ins

A stand-in is a match appearance, not a transfer. The feature exists, but a tournament must enable it. An assigned operator records the player, permanent affiliation, represented team, and map before the appearance counts.

Auctions

Franchise budgets are virtual points and can differ by franchise. Only a winning bid is committed. The season roster is created when the auction is finalized and is sorted by winning bid unless another sort is chosen.
